About John Soldano, LMHC

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My approach is grounded in mutual respect and the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of settings and supported clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, and other emotional and behavioral concerns.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and experiential techniques such as role-playing, always tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from Boston College. I have lived and practiced in New England for approximately 40 years. I'm proud to now call Florida home. In my free time, I enjoy music, sports, and relaxing with my cats.
