Rates and Insurance
Rates
- For individuals, the initial session is 90 minutes and sessions thereafter are 50 minutes per session.
- For couples and families, the initial session is 110 minutes and sessions thereafter are 60-90 minutes.
- Rates vary depending on type of services received and range from $125 to $275 per session.
Please let us know if you have any financial concerns. Reduced or sliding fee rates may be available for some circumstances.
Insurance
We currently accept traditional Medicare, Tricare, United Healthcare, and Cigna health insurance at this time. If you have other insurance, we can provide you with what is called a "super bill" which is a monthly statement summarizing the services you have received and completed payments. This statement has the necessary information that an insurance company would need to process this type of a claim and you may be reimbursed a certain percentage of the payments made from the insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some helpful questions to ask:
- Does my insurance benefits include mental health services?
- How much is my out-of-network deductible?
- How much of that deductible have I already met?
- After meeting my deductible, what percentage of my session fees will you pay?
Payment
Payment for the full session is expected at the time of the appointment. Cash and checks are preferred forms of payment. We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
